Our Corporate Social Responsibility programme goes above and beyond simple team training. Participants will go on an emotional journey, where thoughts and feelings run deeper than ever before - it's impossible for this not to be a life changing experience.

This is more than just team building; this is real life with real benefits and real consequences, not just to the participants and the local communities, but also to your company and the overseas communities you help.

Your company will have the opportunity to choose which community project you will help; primary schools, secondary schools, orphanages, medical centres and maternity clinics - there is so much to do!

Within each project there are pressing issues that need to be addressed:

Build classrooms, a medical centre, a house for the doctor or teacher.

Overseen and kept safe by Outer Limits Explore experienced facilitators the teams will run the project themselves; from sourcing materials and liaising with the local workforce to digging trenches and painting walls. Everyone must play their part. The facilitators will hold on-going review sessions throughout the day with a more lengthy feedback session each evening. This provides a tangible model with which to assess team performance. The effectiveness of the team will be apparent in the planning and execution of the project.
