Dr Jackie Gibb
Having qualified as a Doctor and completed a variety of hospital jobs, including a four year stint in Accident and Emergency, Jackie decided that she preferred working in the outdoors. She has traveled or worked in over 50 different countries worldwide and regularly leads groups on overseas expeditions. She has successfully completed numerous high altitude treks and is a qualified diver.
Jackie is involved with selecting and training doctors to accompany overseas expeditions and instructs expedition first aid.
When in the UK she works as a GP in the South West and in her spare time…of which she seems to have very little… she can be found mountainbiking in Wales or playing the trombone….although not both together!
